Dan is the best. Very knowledgable, great at explaining the way muscle groups work together. Great with those of us who have had injuries in the past. Couldn't recommend more. Daniel has been a great asset to me as I am getting into shape and losing weight. He is very patient and creative. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer.

I have been working with Dan for three months now. He is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable on strength training and motivates you to develop a stronger core..safely!

Dan is a terrific trainer. I have been working with Dan for five years. He is very knowledgeable about muscles and joints and how to avoid injury when working out. He has a well rounded approach to strengthening and improving your body.
He adapts training to your particular needs.

Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful about body mechanics, and he has helped me maximize performance during workouts while also protecting me from injury. I have been working 2-3x per week with Daniel for 6 months, and I have enjoyed working with him because he really cares about my progress and comes prepared with specific and new exercises for every session.

Daniel and I met 2-3 times a week for several months to help me lose weight and gain strength and flexibility. It was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend his work to anyone. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the ways each muscle relates to the others. He is careful to make sure stretching is part of the workout to prevent injury. He is conscientious about giving you the full time of your session and is patient and encouraging. I achieved the goals I set out to meet because I feel Daniel customized my workouts to maximize the benefits. I would definitely work with Daniel again if I were to get out of shape and need a tune-up.

Dan's approach is truly personalized to meet your training needs. We have focused on stretching, core, and strength training to meet my life goals. I hooked up with Dan 3 years ago after I had a total knee replacement and have never looked back.
I would highly recommend him.

I am in my 70s and have been working with Dan for three years. I had torn my hip flexor and after physical therapy treatments I was still very sore. Working with Dan during this time and after completing PT, his training was the biggest factor in getting my hip healed. It took about a year of constant work to finally rid me of the pain.

What impresses me most about Dan is his sensitivity to my issues and his attentiveness to the specific problem as well as my entire body. He makes sure that you are doing each exercise correctly and, therefore, his eyes never wader to other things around him. He goes above and beyond all expectations. Dan is always on time and his work is always of the highest quality.

I don't think anything could improve my experience with Dan. He works me as hard as he feels I can respond and I have seen major improvements to my posture, my strength, and my balance, and to my overall well being.

I have been working with Dan for about two years. We have been working on strength and flexibility, and Dan has been great at spotting problems and addressing them right away. His combination of yoga stretching and strength exercizes is just what I need. It's important for me to address weak spots and not just throw weight at them. Dan is careful to identify any problem areas and make sure we stretch them out first. Dan sees what's happening with my body much better than I can alone. Through stretching and loading, I've improved both flexibility and strength and look forward to increasing my capabilities.

Dan is the only one of six trainers and physical therapists I went to who was able to get my shoulder feeling good again, by then years after I'd injured it. He totally understands how to strengthen you in the ways that your body needs while staying aware of your trouble spots.

Daniel is a very good trainer. He will guide you along, and respond to special questions and requests. He is considerate of prior or ongoing health issues, which can affect your progress. He is prompt and you better be, too.

I have been working with Dan for years! He knows his stuff! He researches and creates workouts focused on the needs of each of his clients. Dan develops workouts that target and strengthen the weaker areas of my body, as well as working on general strength training and cardio.

Dan, helped me recover from cervical spine surgery problem of continuing muscle pain, PT helped but he made the difference. He has taught me so much about how to stretch, and exercise, proper position and movement. Best trainer I have ever had. He really knows how the body works and what to do to keep it functioning properly. Always on time even gives overtime to finish stretches, always focuses on me and what I am doing pointing out the correct position and what muscles are being stretched or strengthened. I have and definitely would recommend him to those who care about staying healthy.

Dan is a great trainer. He is sensitive to injuries but also pushes so that I can accomplish goals. Dan worked with my schedule and was always flexible. He also taught me how everything in our body is connected and how it all works together. He really helped me to see improvements and to work my whole body for good results.

I have been training regularly with Dan for over five years. I have become quite a lot stronger and much more flexible. He is great at teaching proper form, and he is very careful not to injure his clients. There are times when I think I am not working too hard with him, but the next day I find I have pleasantly sore muscles. I am in much much better shape now than I was five years ago.
